• The rate is counted for 01 night, excluding 5% VAT and 5% service fee.
• The quoted price shall be applied for domestic and foreign individuals, companies or organizations.
• According to Vietnam Law, a male visitor of foreign nationality and a female visitor of Vietnamese nationality who wish to share 1 room, they are required to submit their Marriage Certificate.
• The room rate and extra bed fee include breakfast (nonrefundable if the visitors do not have breakfast).
• Children under 12 are free of charge, but no extra bed is provided.
• The visitors are required to have meal during Noel or Traditional Tet Holiday.

o Check-out until 18:00 - 50% of the room rate for 1 night
o Check-out after 18:00 - 100% of the room rate for 1 night

Grand Ballroom: with over 600 seats, it is divided into Ballroom 1 and Ballroom 2. With a capacity of over 1000 people, it is a perfect place to hold meetings, conferences, large-scale parties or shows and exhibitions. This is one of Vietnam’s largest and most modern meeting rooms. It is designed separate next to a beautiful garden, has a large corridor and an area for cocktail preparing. The Grand Ballroom can offer 360 portions of food, 250 buffet portions, and 600 portions of cocktail.

Ruby and Diamond meeting rooms: 150 m², for medium - and small – size corporate meetings.

Event Hall (Multifunctional Conference and Show Center): with a capacity of 1500 people, equipped with up-to-date sound and lighting techniques, it has a 240 m² stage. This is the place where grand events have been organized: final round of Miss Earth 2007; Vietnam Universe 2008...
