The closing ceremony with special performances by local artists took place at April 1 Square in Tuy Hoa city on July 10.
As part of the “National Tourism Year South Central Coast – Phu Yen 2011”, the four-day festival created a good opportunity for tourist organisations and travel agents to promote their tourism products and help visitors get to know more about the traditional cultures of south-central and central highland region in Vietnam.
This was also a chance for Phu Yen province to promote its image to domestic and foreign tourists and gain more experience in organizing large-scale cultural events.
