VNAT plans promotion activities in Europe (07-04-2010 )
The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) has planned marketing activities in France and other Western Europe countries for late August. Vu The Binh, Director of Department of Travel under VNAT, said the road show in France would focus on promoting activities of 1,000 years of Thang Long-Hanoi. The event will be organized by the HCMC Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Vietnam Airlines.

Vietnam tourism aims at Chinese (06-04-2010 )
Vietnam’s tourism is planning more promotion activities in China as well as direct meetings between travel firms of the two countries to lure more Chinese passport holders. According to a report of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT), around 227,800 Chinese visited the country in the first three months, up 115% year-on-year.
